She learned a lot about coffee and brewing since she met the owners of Sardar Ji Bakhsh coffee and co, Sanmeet Singh Kalra and Rohit Kamboj. Dr. Moorthy managed to serve the purpose of Sardar Ji Bakhsh, which is to enhance the whole and sole coffee experience for people that too with a warm environment. The place also adds up a touch of nature and knowledge with plants and books that make the ambience vibe along.

The evenings at SJB Lucknow are never out of melodies and warmth with an everliving aroma of good coffee. It has been proven a welcoming place for people with the combined effort of the owners and the staff. Not just confined to occasional events and get-togethers, this place is a perfect combination of minimal ambience which suits the best for work meetings or work from a cafe. 

Another noticeable thing seen here is their accessories and groceries quoted with the label “Hope and Kindness”, which tells a lot about the brand itself. The interesting thing is that a few of them are for sale and you can get them for yourself. Miss Moorthy also made an effort to renovate and maintain the park which is right in front of the coffee house. The premises are taken care of by her, which were previously not in very good condition. It is open for people to sit or walk around, get their pets if they want and spend some time in nature.
